Electro Elf Policies
Sales:
Merchandise is sold through distributors in many areas. If you've come to this site, and are not a distributor, please call the factory 800-728-0081 to locate one near you or to see if arrangements can be made.
Credit:
Credit will be extended to a firm which submits satisfactory trade and bank references with addresses and phone numbers. All information must be documented by email, fax, or regular mail. You may also charge to your Credit Card, by phone.
Initial Orders:
Sales Tax will be added on all initial orders unless a resale card is furnished.
Terms:
Net 30 days from date of invoice if ordered from factory, upon approval of credit. If Credit Card is used then items are deducted promptly.
Prices:
Prices quoted are FOB Bolivar, Tennessee and are subject to change without notice. All prices are subject to all Federal and State taxes. State sales tax will be automatically added unless a resale card is furnished. Prices are subject to change based on changing costs
Shipments:
Please advise us about how you desire to have your shipments made. We ship through FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL or common carriers. If you don't give us instructions with your order we will use our best judgement as to shipping
Freight Policy
On orders of $1,250 or more, we will pay for freight within the continental United States.
Breakage:
If you receive damaged merchandise through United Parcel Service, DHL or FedEx immediately report the damage to your appropiate Office. Please keep the damaged merchandise in its original carton until an inspection has been made by the shipper. Advise us of the report and carrier and follow through with the claim. Electro Elf will be glad to supply any additional paper work - refer to the invoice number. Credit will be issued to your account for cost of damaged merchandise as soon as the appropiate office sends us a claim number.
On any damaged merchandise that has been shipped by other transportation companies, the consignee must institute a claim with the carrier and follow through with the claim. Electro Elf will be glad to supply any additional paper work necessary to complete the claim, but we cannot be responsible for the settlement of the claim.
Claims:
Claims for defective merchandise and/or shortages must be filed in writing, by email, or by fax within 5 days from the receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without a returned goods authorization number. The RGA# can be obtained either in writing, by email, fax, or by phone. An itemized list of merchandise and the invoice number must accompany all returns. Claims will be honored only when the items are properly installed within manufacturer's guidelines and in compliance with NEC codes. Sales Tax will be added on all initial orders unless a resale card is furnished.
